A project...
As it's Women's History Month, I thought I'd do a series of posts of my favourite female actresses of film and television because I'm such a film junkie and more importantly because these ladies have had such an enormous impact on me personally in various ways. This is simply my way of honouring them. Of course the list is long so this may end up a year long project..we'll see :) I'll start of with my top 12 ladies and go from there.

Happy Birthday Judith Light ♥
Happy happy birthday to my queen, my everyday inspiration, my spiritual mother, my (dare I say it) friend, my source of tranquility and peace, and the light of my life! Every single day I thank God for putting such a wonderful woman in my life especially at a time when I needed her most without even knowing it, for giving me the many chances to become acquainted with her in person, for all the joy and happiness she has brought me, and for bringing me the good fortune of forming strong bonds and what I know will be lifelong friendships with some of the most lovely ladies I have ever known. She is one of the kindest, humblest, most generous persons placed on this earth and I consider myself very lucky that she has shared that part of herself with me so that we now share a special bond. She has allowed me to pour my heart out to her, listened to every word I had to say and always made it seem like I was the only one in the room that mattered in those moments, and shows that she truly cares for every single individual no matter who they are, including me! A lady like that only deserves all the richest blessings in the world. I truly believe the universe is on our side and it’s all to do with her! So to my dearest darling Judith, a very happy birthday to you ♥

Happy Birthday Audrey Meadows ♥
Many heartfelt birthday wishes today in memory of America’s Alice, Miss Audrey Meadows. It takes someone very special to capture my full attention in a little 15 minute clip from an old black and white 50s sitcom, leave me no choice but to have marathons in her honour, make me laugh for hours and hours, and quickly earn her place among my top favourite ladies. And here you are and you've done all that and more! I've spent the better part of the past few months of this new year watching you be fabulous as Alice and reading your book, which is absolutely brilliant and written so well, and I must say that my adoration for you increases every day. You’re a darling, you’re an angel and I love ya! As your tv husband always said, and quite rightly so, “Baby, you’re the greatest!” ♥
